Happy 15th Birthday Arnold Group!

2017 marks the 15th birthday of Arnold Group! Since our establishment in 2002, Arnold Group Australia has dedicated its focus to delivering recruitment services within the specialised areas requiring Occupational Health & Safety, Injury Management, Insurance, Human Resources and Shared Services. What’s more, over the last 15 years we have evolved and grown into a trusted advisor to some of Australia’s largest organisations.

There have been so many highlights over the years, including the launch in 2016 of our newest division, Career People Australia. Career People is a Career Transition practice which provides flexible, customised services designed by an experienced team to meet the needs of our clients and their employees as they journey through an organisational change.

When we started, the recruitment world was a significantly different place. Technological change has had an enormous impact on recruiting and job searching. When we started Seek.com was relatively young, and we share our year of establishment with LinkedIn!

To celebrate our 15th birthday, we recently spent some time with a videographer capturing the story behind Arnold Group. According to this article from the BBC, video will make up 80% of internet content by 2019. What a great way to help us communicate on another level with our clients and candidates!

As part of the process we asked our Director Glenn Arnold about the background of his working life…. Where he started, the jobs he had as a kid and his transformation from a country kid to a city dweller. In this interview he even talks about the first time he touched a computer…. He may be showing his age!
