About the Role:
In this permanent, ongoing position, you will take ownership of the full claims management process and play a pivotal role in driving advanced return-to-work (RTW) initiatives. This role offers exciting opportunities to grow within the wellbeing space while ensuring best practices in employer scheme management.
You will work closely with a technically strong and supportive manager, who is committed to fostering professional growth and excellence. This role is ideal for someone with corporate and multi site experience who is seeking a meaningful and impactful career in the healthcare industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full spectrum of employer claims with precision and care.
- Lead advanced RTW coordination and promote best practices.
- Support and grow wellbeing initiatives across healthcare sites.
- Ensure compliance and proficiency in employer scheme management.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide tailored injury management solutions.
- Extensive experience in injury management and RTW coordination.
- Strong knowledge of Victorian employer schemes and claims management processes.
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a passion for employee wellbeing.
- Corporate experience with a desire to make a positive impact in healthcare.
