About the Role
Work closely with operational leaders to ensure compliance with safety legislation, enhance training, mentor staff and improve safety systems. Lead regional initiatives, build contractor capacity, and drive positive change in safety practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead safety initiatives and conduct risk assessments.
- Deliver ISO-compliant safety training.
- Mentor staff and manage contractor safety audits.
- Collaborate on safety projects and represent the company in forums.
- Maintain safety data and support system improvements.
- Strong knowledge of safety legislation and ISO standards.
- High-risk experience with mobile plant and contractors.
- Proven skills in training, mentoring, and safety management.
