HS Advisor – Infrastructure Projects | Melbourne’s East

This respected construction group is seeking a hands-on HS Advisor to support key projects across Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. If you thrive on-site, driving culture, compliance and best practice, this role puts you right where the action is.

Your Role:

• Partner with project and site teams to deliver practical HS support
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Lead and support incident investigations focused on learning and improvement
• Implement and enhance HS management systems
• Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, and targeted safety training
• Foster a proactive safety culture across all project levels
• Build strong working relationships with clients, contractors and regulators

What You’ll Need:

• 3 -5 years’ HS experience in infrastructure or construction
• Minimum Cert IV in WHS; Diploma preferred
• Sound knowledge of Victorian WHS legislation and environmental compliance
• Strong communication skills and a practical, hands-on approach
• Based in Melbourne’s east with flexibility to cover local project sites
• Holds Construction White Card and experienced in Permit to Work and Work at Heights.
