HSEQ Administrator

We are seeking an organised and proactive HSEQ Administrator to support the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality function within an established industrial organisation.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who has an interest in workplace safety, quality and compliance and wants to further develop their HSEQ career.
Working closely with the HSEQ team and operational employees, you’ll help maintain systems and records, coordinate training and inductions, support audits and inspections, and ensure important HSEQ actions and documentation are kept up to date.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain HSEQ records, registers, systems, policies and procedures
- Coordinate safety training, inductions and employee records
- Assist with risk assessments, workplace inspections and audits
- Maintain incident records and follow up corrective actions
- Prepare and update HSEQ reports, data and documentation
- Support quality and compliance documentation
- Assist with wellbeing, injury management and return-to-work administration
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HSEQ team
- Work with operational teams to promote safe work practices and a positive safety culture
You’ll be a strong administrator with excellent attention to detail and an interest in developing your career within HSEQ.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Previous administration, coordination or HSEQ support experience
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working with records, registers and data
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
- An interest in WHS, quality, environment and compliance
- Experience within manufacturing, engineering, construction or another industrial environment would be highly regarded
- Certificate IV in WHS would be advantageous, but candidates willing to undertake further HSEQ study are also encouraged to apply
