Injury Management Advisor, Part-Time Contract

• 3-day per week contract role with immediate commencement

A well-established national organisation is seeking an experienced Injury Management Advisor to support operations across multiple NSW sites. This is a hands-on, operationally focused role suited to someone who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships and driving positive return to work outcomes.
The position will ideally work 2 days per week from the Revesby site, with 1 day split across Moorebank/Botany operations.

About the Role

Working closely with operational leaders, safety teams and external providers, you will coordinate injury management and rehabilitation programs to support safe and sustainable return to work outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating rehabilitation and return to work programs across multiple sites
• Providing practical advice on workers' compensation and injury management matters
• Liaising with injured workers, insurers, medical providers and external stakeholders
• Maintaining injury registers, claims documentation and monthly reporting
• Attending medical appointments and supporting effective case management outcomes
• Identifying suitable duties and facilitating return to work plans
• Partnering with leaders to minimise lost time injuries and improve outcomes

About You

To be successful, you will bring:

• Previous experience in Injury Management or Return to Work coordination
• Strong knowledge of NSW Workers' Compensation legislation
• Confidence in engaging with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation
• Strong administration, reporting and coordination capability
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Allied Health experience, highly regarded
• Current Driver's Licence
