Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Health and Safety Practice Lead, with a passion for driving strategic outcomes and improving team workflows. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow the Health and Safety practice, enhancing client support and team performance.
  • Provide expert advice on risk management, health and safety audits, and strategic planning.
  • Manage a small team, fostering a culture of flexibility, integrity, respect, and communication.
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular health and safety training and awareness programs for employees and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and best practices.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Health and Safety management.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Risk Management, OHS/WHS Management (Accredited auditor qualification desirable).
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives with limited supervision.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and liaise with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (local, regional, interstate).
