Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the Workers' Compensation services, enhancing client support and team performance.
- Provide expert advice on risk management, auditing, and strategic planning.
- Manage a small team, fostering a culture of flexibility, integrity, respect, and communication.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Workers' Compensation and Injury Management.
- Tertiary qualifications in Risk Management, OHS/WHS Management (Accredited auditor qualification desirable).
- Strong ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives with limited supervision.
- Occasional travel required (local, regional, interstate), with expense reimbursement over 50kms from home.
