Are you an experienced Workers' Compensation and Injury Management professional with a passion for driving strategic outcomes and improving team workflows? We are seeking a dynamic Practice Lead to join a growing consultancy, supporting a diverse client base across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and grow the Workers' Compensation services, enhancing client support and team performance.
Provide expert advice on risk management, auditing, and strategic planning.
Manage a small team, fostering a culture of flexibility, integrity, respect, and communication.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years experience in Workers' Compensation and Injury Management.
Tertiary qualifications in Risk Management, OHS/WHS Management (Accredited auditor qualification desirable).
Strong ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives with limited supervision.
Occasional travel required (local, regional, interstate), with expense reimbursement over 50kms from home.
