An opportunity is now available for an experienced Return to Work Coordinator to join a well-established organisation supporting multiple operational sites across Victoria.

Commencing immediately, this role will initially be offered on a 3-day-per-week basis, with a strong opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time position.

This is a hands-on injury management role focused on early intervention, stakeholder engagement and achieving positive rehabilitation and return-to-work outcomes across a diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate rehabilitation and return to work programs across multiple sites
  • Provide practical guidance on WorkCover and injury management matters
  • Liaise with injured workers, leaders, insurers, medical providers and external stakeholders
  • Maintain injury registers, claims documentation and monthly reporting
  • Attend medical appointments and support effective case management outcomes
  • Identify suitable duties and facilitate safe, sustainable return to work plans
  • Partner closely with operational leaders and safety teams to minimise lost time injuries
About You
  • Demonstrated Return to Work / Injury Management experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Victorian Workers' Compensation legislation
  • Ability to confidently manage stakeholders across all levels
  • Excellent communication, coordination and administrative capability
  • Allied Health background is highly regarded
  • Current Driver’s Licence required
