This role will suit someone who enjoys structure, systems and technical safety documentation, while also being confident engaging with stakeholders across the business to gather information and drive progress.
You'll play a key role reviewing existing procedures, aligning documentation with Australian Standards, and ensuring safety materials are consistent, practical and fit for purpose across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, consolidate and update WHS procedures across multiple brands
- Align documentation with relevant Australian Standards and internal requirements
- Update and maintain safety content across internal intranet systems
- Develop Safety Information Cards and supporting safety materials
- Consult with SMEs and operational stakeholders to gather information and feedback
- Ensure documentation is accurate, user-friendly and consistently applied
- Track progress and maintain delivery timelines across the project
- Previous experience in a Safety Advisor, WHS Coordinator or similar role
- Qualifications Min. Cert IV WHS/OHS
- Strong understanding of WHS systems, procedures and compliance frameworks
- Experience working with policies, procedures and document control systems
- Confident interpreting and aligning documentation to Australian Standards
- Strong written communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
- Comfortable navigating corporate systems and intranet platforms
