Step into a role where your work genuinely matters. As a Senior Advisor – Workplace Health & Safety, you’ll support frontline teams across Victoria and help embed the practical, leader-led safety culture our client stands for.
You’ll work closely with site leaders, stay hands-on with day-to-day safety challenges, and contribute to national initiatives that shape safer, healthier and more resilient workplaces.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with managers to embed the Safety Strategy Roadmap across Victorian sites
• Deliver OHS projects, critical risk control programs and improvement initiatives
• Conduct audits, risk assessments and incident support (ICAM understanding ideal)
• Coach frontline leaders and deliver practical safety training and toolbox talks
• Attend sites 1–3 days per week, building trust and capability at ground level
• Respond to OHS queries, support internal systems (Workday, SolvSafety)
• Be an active member of OHS meetings, committees and forums
• Prepare reports, assist with data, and help drive consistent SHW practices statewide

What You’ll Bring

• Cert IV OHS/WHS (or related qualification)
• Strong understanding of Vic OHS legislation
• Experience across multi-site or people-focused environments (healthcare, warehousing, distribution, aged care, retail)
• ICAM or systems audit accreditation (desirable)
• Confident communicator who’s approachable, steady under pressure and grounded in practical problem-solving
• Someone who thrives on coaching, collaboration and building safe habits the right way
